less info now than before
CCAA has published on their site info about when they finish reviewing and when they do new matches, they are taking that info down and it will only be available to the agencies. SOOOOO stupid, this has just made the agencies have to do more work and field more calls and emails from people wondering where the status is with things. VERY frustrating. Seriously, can they make things more of a rollercoater...oh I guess they just did!
